Die Schuhe wurden in schwarz bestellt, auf dem Karton stand zwar schwarz, enthalten waren jedoch braune Schuhe. Die Schuhe wurden zurückgeschickt und gleichzeitig in einer anderen Größe reserviert, diese sollte. Im Ersatz geliefert werden, nun wurde diese Größe anderweitig verkauft, leider sehr unbefriedigend.
