The pen's deep red colour symbolises the special edition "Rosso 70 Anni" paint colour first used on the Ferrari 812 Superfast in 2017. The metal inlay surrounding the golden Montblanc emblem on the cap represents Ferrari's hometown of Moderna, Italy, and the carmaker's prancing horse logo adorns the dome. Additional engraving features Enzo Ferrari's signature, the name of his family workshop, and historic dates from the carmakers history.
