I beskrivningen (som nu har ändrats) står det att det skall vara en axelrem inkluderad, vilket det inte var. Efter kontakt med support så kunde man bara konstatera att det inte ingick någon. Ingen kompensation för felet utan jag fick beställa en axelrem från Filson direkt för 1200:- extra vilket gjorde väskan dyrare än förväntat. Oftast när det blivit något problem med varan så har man kunnat komma överens om något men i detta fall var det blankt NEJ och jag fick lägga ut ytterligare 1200:-
