Upon its inception, the company produced rubber Wellington boots and a variety of sports shoes. In 1925, Superga debuted its now iconic 2750 model, an innovative tennis shoe that was the first to combine a raw rubber outsole with a fabric upper. The model quickly became a favourite among Italians and has become something of a symbol of a relaxed and casual lifestyle. The model is still in production and just as popular today as it was at its launch.
