About Horizon 55
Horizon is Louis Vuitton's modern rolling luggage line, designed by the industrial designer Marc Newson and launched in 2016. It is defined by its lightweight construction, four silent wheels with 360-degree movement and an external rib structure that leaves the interior completely flat.
The Horizon 55 is the cabin format of the range, the number giving the height in centimetres, with a capacity of 37 litres. It is made in the house canvases, among them Monogram and Monogram Eclipse, with leather trim. The Horizon 55 is the luggage heritage of the house in contemporary form – as much a piece of engineering as a suitcase.
