About Haglöfs
-
The Swedish brand Haglöfs was founded in 1914 by the carpenter and craftsman Wiktor Haglöf, with a simple yet powerful idea – to create a backpack capable of withstanding Sweden’s shifting climate and magnificent nature. From snow-covered mountains and deep forests to vast plains and coastlines, nature has always been both Sweden’s and Haglöfs’ natural focal point – a source of inspiration and respect.
Driven by a constant desire for renewal and exploration, Haglöfs continues to refine its craftsmanship with the same determination that Wiktor once showed in his workshop. In a country where the seasons test both materials and people, they have learned to create clothing and equipment that endure all conditions – whether the adventure takes place in the woods close to home or on the other side of the world. -
