To maintain your polo shirt, it’s important to care for and wash it correctly. Follow these simple steps and you will prolong the life of your polo shirt.

Store your polo shirt

Fold your polo shirt and stack it on a shelf or drawer in your wardrobe. Store your clothes in an airy place to avoid wrinkles. For long-term storage, store in a cool, dry place to protect it from moisture and mould.

Spot treatment

If your polo shirt has stains, spot treat the area using a cloth, detergent, and water. Dab the stain gently, avoid rubbing, especially on delicate fabrics. If necessary, wash the polo shirt as usual, following the steps below.

Wash your polo shirt

- Always read the care label before washing. The wash type differs depending on the material.
- Use a delicate detergent to avoid damaging the fabric or colour.
- Sort by colour and separate the materials to avoid pilling from rougher items such as towels or jeans.
- Button up to prevent the buttons from loosening in the washing machine and turn it inside out.
- Air dry to maintain fit and quality. Avoid tumble-drying.

Iron or steam

If your polo shirt is wrinkled, iron at a low temperature. If your polo shirt is made of a delicate material, turn it inside out or use a steamer.

Repair your garment instead of buying a new one
