Cómo podéis enviar una camisa de 690€ en un sobre sin acolchar o sin caja sabiendo cómo tratan las agencias los paquetes?, es increíble, desacredita la imagen de la empresa. Compro ropa en otros portales de internet y siempre recibo las prendas en cajas de cartón. Es preferible para mí pagar los gastos de envío y tener un transporte garantizado. Por cierto, la camisa ha sufrido varios arañazos y dudo en devolverla o quedármela.. Atentamente, Pablo
