How long do I have to return an item?
We offer 14-day open returns from date of delivery.
How do I return an item?
Registering your return online only takes a minute and allows for much faster processing of your return request. You can do this by going to your Profile and following the instructions provided.
How do I exchange an item?
Option 1 (Fastest Method)
- Follow the above instructions for returning your items.
- Place a new order on our website to ensure your preferred item does not sell out and to have the new item delivered as quickly as possible. Your orders will be processed separately.

- Your new order should be paid for as normal via our home page. As soon as we have received your returned item(s), we will refund the amount to the account used at the time of purchase.

Option 2
- Log in to your Profile to register the exchange.
- Your chosen exchange will usually be dispatched the same day we receive the returned items.
You can only exchange an item for a different colour or size.

How can I claim a refund?
- Follow the above steps for returning an item.
- Fill in the Returns Form and provide the reason for your refund request.

Returns FAQ
I wish to return items from two different orders, can I send them in the same package?
Yes, it is fine to return items from different orders in the same package.
I forgot to include the Returns Form in the package. What happens now?
Once the items arrive, we will process the return and refund your purchase. We will contact you via e-mail when this has been done.
